How to Make a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want each homeowner who reaches Mirroemate Windows & Siding to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens next. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You can write to us about:

  • How your call or contact with Mirroemate Windows & Siding went
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that looks unclear or wrong
  • How a provider we connected you with behaved

If the Problem Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one is responsible for its own estimates, prices, work, warranties, and customer service. If you have trouble with work on your home, start by raising it with the provider. Keep a written record.

Please tell us too. What you share helps us keep our network honest. A provider that often falls short of what we expect may be removed from the network. Know this, though: Mirroemate Windows & Siding cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work, handle warranty claims, or make choices for a provider.

How to File

Email contact@mirroemate.buzz. Please include:

  • Your name and a way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what you want us to do

After You Write

We will confirm we got your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened. That may mean contacting the provider. After that, we will write back with what we found and any steps we are taking.

If You Are Still Unhappy

You can reply and ask us to take another look. You can also reach out to your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with a contractor, your state or local contractor licensing board may also help.
